AUDITIONS

Loudoun Country Day School, Leesburg, VA

Performing opportunities throughout the school year.

Participation in the orchestra is through audition and is open to all string, woodwind, brass and percussion players between the ages of 10 and 18 with a minimum of three years of private instruction or who have participated in a school band or orchestra program for three years.

Audition Requirements:
Students must provide own instrument
Scales, up to 4 flats and 4 sharps, 2 or 3 octaves
Prepared piece
Sight Reading

2008-2009 tuition is $300 per student per year
(payable in two installments—September and January)
A limited number of scholarships are available.
